Pilates

 We work together for good posture, movement that is smooth (and as pain free as possible) through core stregnth, mat work at its best! 

 

Including exercises from other genres to build an overall positive awareness of how your body can respond to the external tensions and stresses of daily life.  

 

We teach in a careful and hollistic way and have experience in nursing and working with the body (for 50 years). We can help improve many medical conditions and bring a deeper understanding of the mind and body to the student.  

 

A benefit to all ages at all fitness levels. The program is tailored to suit each individual, from dancers to people with long and short term ailments. 

 

This is a teaching school and therefore students may get the benefit of trainee teachers within their class.
